ABOUT YOUR THERAPIST

Hi, I'm Danielle.

I know exactly what it is like feeling exhausted...physically, mentally and emotionally.

I have been there.

Long hours sitting at a desk staring at my computer screen.

Being a taxi-mum for school, sports and social lives that are far better than my own!

Aching muscles following a gym session or a lofty hike.

And I know and appreciate the difference that the right treatment can make.

You don't just have to "keep pushing through".

I have used massage for as long as I can remember to manage tension, ease pain, reconnect with my body and find a moment of relief when I needed it the most.

Now I work with people who want to get their bodies back, get their energy back, feel good and keep living their best lives.

Busy parents who never switch off, people working relentless at their jobs, those living with chronic pain and people who stay active and want to keep their bodies moving well.

Looking after your body isn’t a luxury, its part of how you keep showing up for your life.

We only get one body…use it well xxx
